Can someone please help me!

About two weeks ago begin taking finasteride 1mg a day for male pattern baldness. Is started experiencing sexual side effects. I can get an erection but cannot maintain one. I get maintain an erection strong enough for intercourse. I stopped taking it 5 days ago and the symptoms have not gone away yet. I have read about post finasterinde syndrome and now I am concerned that I may have permanantly damaged my body. How long does it take for finasteride to leave your body. Will my libido erections ever return. I can't get into see my regulary physician right now and I am scared. ):
