can someone please help me diagnose what this is????

4ish weeks ago i had a encounter on tinder and noticed it was starting to burn when i peed a week after. 3-4 days passed and i noticed my foreskin was lopsided and imflamed and stuff was starting to turn bright bright red and starting to ich with a rash. after noticing all of this i got worried and went to see a doctor to get chlamydia & gohnorrea tests to see if it was possibly one of those. the doctor very very quickly (like very quickly) checked me and said it was a fungal infection, giving me 3x fluconazole tablets and a week treatment steroid cream. 2 weeks later and run out of meds... still not fixed. no where near fixed. never got a call about my C/G tests and am currently wondering ... its spread to my balls and all over my shaft and glan, and just the other day to the outside of my anus.. can someone please help me pinpoint this?
