Can someone please help me, worst panic attack

Today this morning I accidentally swallowed my toothpaste while being half awake and I'm seriously panicking right now and worried about my health, it was a Colgate brand that has baking soda and peroxide in it. I'm worried on possibly dying now, even though I already called up the poison control and gave them details on my age, on how much paste was on the brush, product name and the poison expert says I should definitely not be concerned at all, since the amount I swallowed is not enough to cause poison and it would take almost the whole tube to get me sick and poison me. I filled up my toothbrush half of the line when the incident happen and I do have a mild upset stomach, will it pass? This is the first time I accidentally swallowed a mouthful of toothpaste while trying to rinse some out of my mouth. My anxiety is making my heart rate go up. and telling me to go to the ER..what can I do to stop my anxiety? I would really appreciate someone giving me advice on how to relax.

LeporeN, I'm so sorry about the mild stomachache you're experiencing, but that's the only worst outcome you will just experience, but it should pass on it's own. Don't worry, the amount you ingested should be fine and you called the poison control which is understandable and they told you that you will be fine and have nothing to worry about after sharing details with them and getting information from you. It would take like a whole tube of toothpaste to cause you to be very ill and poison you, which I wouldn't understand why anyone would even want to swallow a whole tube of paste, but you only took half a line of the toothpaste on your toothbrush, you should be okay. Try to relax and breathe and focus on distracting yourself from it. I. accidentally swallowed a mouthful of toothpaste once too when I was younger and I was perfectly fine. Don't stress yourself and avoid looking up google at all cost. Hope you take care!
