Can someone please help? what is this lump?

i woke up one morning with this. doesnt hurt but im scared its been 4 days now. has anyone seen anything similair?

    Hi, it could be a cyst or infected hair follicle. Try doing a hot compress and warm/hot baths to help pop it. Just dont try and pop it yourself let it do it naturally to drain the puss.

    Totally agree with Kelly. Its an infected cyst. Most women get them from time to time. Can be caused by friction on under wear especially if its not made from cotton. 100% cotton pants are the best.

    i think Kelly is right I've had 1 before and within a week it had taken care of itself
