Can someone please tell me if this is anal herpes??

it started off with what seemed like a carpet burn on my right side a week or so ago, then a few days later the one on the left started to develop. they were red earlier, but ive been treated them with tea tree oil and theyve begun to heal. initially, i thought it was just a product i mustve used that couldve irritated my skin (i have very sensitive skin) but now im terrified it could be anal herpes. please help meimage
