i have been dealing with this issue for months. Its at the tip of my penis inside the urethra. I remember i used to have a pinkish color but since this irritation started it has been discolored white especially when i feel it inflammed. it doesnt hurt to pee. Its an an on/off of irritation, slight pain once in a while and overall of feeling of discomfort of knowing something is there like if something is crawling very lightly. i did a urine test and nothing was found wrong. please someone help.

    Hi,

I'm sorry, but that looks like an hpv wart.

    It's a sexually transmitted infection.

You will have to have it removed and boost your immune system so that your body would fight off the virus, and so that it wouldn't grow back. Please practice safe sex until you are clear.

It's nothing terrible, but it is awkward.

I would advise you to contact any person you had sex with in the last couple of months (especially if unprotected) so that they would get treatment too.

    It will be ok 😊

I'm so sorry. The whitish thing at the bottom looked to me like a cluster in the shape of a crest. It's a bit blurry so I made a mistake. Sorry

    Dear mikaeel,

It's probably a parameatal cyst, not an STD and certainly NOT a genital wart. To be sure, you'll need to see a doctor or preferably a urologist to confirm the diagnosis. If you live in the UK your GP should be able to arrange this, but given the non-urgent nature of your condition it may not be prioritised.
