spot of concern is under foreskin and under penis glans.
there is hardly any pain. it is more of a discomfort in terms of i always feel like i need to pee or im holding pee in. no pain during urination. no discharge, im looking to have STDs ruled out or have someone say "it looks like this".

Harmless spots. Could be fordyce spots. its not STD. Nothing to worry. I have the same for last 10 months. Visited multiple dermatalogists and all gave the same reply.
