I would like you your view on my recent xray of sacrum and specifically my tail bone which I have been having ongoing issues with.

It seems broken, or it could just be a muscle ligament. It should not cause you too much problems, i honestly do not know how it can be fixed if its a broken tail bone, usually when tail bones are broken, it means you cannot walk or have full function of the lower body.
