i have it on both sides near my anus location. Theres a slight burning feeling and a itch.I have had recurring yeast infection and this white patches happend once after my period cycle. Does anyone know what it could ?

Obviously I could not be sure but many years ago I had white patches all around the vulva area and my doctor said it was Lichen Planus while the Dermatologist said is was Lichen Sclerosis. goodness knows what the difference is but I was given steroid cream and has been suffering ever since. please see your doctor.

It looks like Lichen sclerosus. You should see your doctor who will probably recommend a steroid cream which you may have to use for several weeks before you see an improvement.Dont wear any restrictive ,tight underwear or thongs or jeans, and make sure your underwear is all cotton and not a man made fabric. Dont wear any pants at night. It can take a while to get it under control so see a doctor as soon as you can.

It could be an unresolved yeast infection. Meaning that the yeast infection is not entirely dealt with.
