Can someone tell me if they've been through something similar?

Hello! For the last year or so I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my pelvic area. I didn't knew at first what was causing it and I didn't really mind it, as it was happening for 3 or 4 days every two weeks or so. After a couple of months, I wanted to see exactly what hurts. Turns out, there's this spot inside my vagina that swells and hurts extremely bad. I think it might be the cervix, but I'm not really sure. Since 3 months ago, the pain is more unbearable than usually and it also lasts longer (about a week).

Has anyone ever had anything similar?

    the cervix would not swell its not a spot its like a round doughnut shape with a hole in the middle if u are having pain in the pelvis it may be pelvic inflammatory disease /infection in the fallopium tube or ovulation pain u should see a doctor for further tests the cervix should not be painful at all u should have an examination

    Adriana,whatever it is you need to see a doctor. An unbearable pain in the vagina that lasts more than a week should be investigated . It may be an infection that can spread quickly into your uterus. Kim has given you good advice
