Can someone tell me if this is herepes

since last last wednesday ive been having flu like symptoms it started with my throat hurting with a sharp pain which the urgent care prescribed me zpack which helped with that in two days. then ive notice ive started having rectal discharge that started with ahea jelly look with poop. now the discharge is a lot of a yellow mucous without poop for the last 2 to 3 days and between 2 days of running back and forth to the health department i went from tiny ulcers around my anus to large ulcers that have little pain to the touch. i know my rectum is in a lot of pain and inflammed inside. i did have body chills and headache for like a day and a half before going to the clinic but thats it. other than that now is just anal fissure driving me crazy and the health department gave me a shot and waiting for results to get back on my appointment monday. i just need you guys opinion before i take the news from them. but but a couple years before ive been having abscess drainage and tiny rare ulcers up until recently so have i had herpes before without knowing or no?
