Can someone tell me what this is?

I went to the hospital today and the dr told me this was intertrigo but I'm convinced its herpes, Ive been with my boyfriend for 3 years and before him i slept with someone else in October 2017 and I got checked in May 2018 everything came back negative it only burns a little when i touch it but not every time, also I shaved yesterday and it wasn't there before that. The Dr did not do a test because he said its a very low chance of it being HERPES. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS. image

    Can your doctor swab that sore? that can rule out herpes.

      I just went to an urgent care, they also said that it doesn't look like herpes. They did swab it though. She said it looks like its from chaffing because of where its at it on my groin. Thank you for your reply.
