Can someone tell me whats wrong with my throat 😭

a few days ago my throat was just normally sore. I drank tea and medicine and it stopped.

but that night I couldn't sleep at all. I felt so weak and it was awful. after that day I was ok but like 2 days ago I was very weak again and my throat was acting weird. i know the feeling when it is sore. this is a different feeling. i still have it and its so annoying. i dont want to eat AT ALL. i have bumps at the back of my tongue and they were not there before. I feel like somthing is stuck in my throat. and my way lower in my neck it hurts. when I swallow it kind of burns. I can't explain the feeling. Somone please tell me what to do i beg.

    im sorry that your are going through this. i have problem with my esophagus too. i feel pain when I eat food especially when I swallow my pill. that's the worst. and sometimes when I swallow water. I don't know why. I have it since April and I'm so afraid. my doctors say that I don't have to do an endoscopy again because I had one 3years ago and it was clear. but I'm so concerned because I read about cancer and I have all the symptoms. I feel the same as you like burning when it goes down or like scratching I don't know how to say. It's bad. I'm so anxious about it because it doesn't go away.
