Can somone take a look at this picture and tell me if they have seen anything like this before.

Back in August i tested negative for herpes, calmita, and gonorrhea. Tomorrow I plan on visiting a local clinic for a another check up but and my biggest reason is for this small red under pimple that has been on my upper lip for over five months. The pimple dose not hurt, itch, or burn. It is completely pain less. At first i did not pay attention to it and it only seemed to get bigger when ever i would sqweeze my lib. I used to smoke tobacco blunt wraps but have stopped doing so since i noticed the pigment change in my lips. Please if anyone recognizes this drop a comment.

    Look just like a coldsore I once had, interestingly enough the day after I smoked a tobacco blunt, but it didnt last for 5 months!! Mine also didnt tingle or itch or burn, and it was only one spot, however dr told me it was a coldsore. Definitely see a doctor they should be able to help
