can't cope with depersonlisation

I can't cope anymore with depersonlisation! Everything I do it doesn't feel like me I just feel wierd all day I can't cope with this! It's ruining my life!!!!!

    Try to hung in there i wish there was something i can do are say to help but its anxiety i have it off and on it really sucks i hope you get better soon

    I know it's scary and horrible but it's like a bully the more u let it scare u bother u the more and longer it'll stick around just have a idc attitude I know it's hard but it'll pass

    It's temporary. I know everything seems very surreal and uncomfortable, but it will pass. Are you currently medicated? Do you have a good support system (friends or relatives?) I would say try to engage in acitivities which you enjoy and remain around people who are optimistic and uplifting. I have experienced anxiety to the point of not being able to leave my room, but it passed once i gained the motivation to get better and pay less attention to this condition.

    Hi rhirhi im currently having depersonalization and derealization cant really tell which one i just was watching TV and all of a sudden i felt really strange like im fading away my legs feel like there not mine and my feelings feel completely disconnected its so uncomfortable and scares the hell out of me But iam trying my absolute hardest to calm myself down cause ive noticed that when I started to go omg whats happening to me,, maybe I should go to hospital ect the depersonalization become soooooo much worse. Best advice is dont panic it just makes it worse it will pass eventually for both of us

    Sorry you are struggling. Have you been diagnosed with anxiety disorder or depersonalisation disorder, none or both? And how long have you been struggling? And is there a doctor working with you, helping you through?

    Have you been under severe stress or anxiety? When we feel unreal or the world is unreal/ dream like, this is our brains way of protecting itself from all of the stress and anxiety we are expierecing. When you feel this way just go with it. Don't fear it. It will only make it worse. Try and engage in activities that make you feel more grounded. Like socializing with people or even on here. Go for walks. Take a hot bath. Keep your mind busy. I know it's very uncomfortable. I've been dealing with this for a while now. Don't let it get to you. Remember this is a common symptom of stress and anxiety

    Same here.. All you have to do is ignore the thoughts and love your self enough to know your self worth. Once you love yourself- everything become so easier.
