Can’t deal with this convinced it’s something more

Told I had mono end of July this year. Neck pain got worse since now it’s around the back and goes up my head!!! Throat issues, constantly swallowing and now had a cough for months and coughing up little bits of blood! Been put on antibiotics, gland come back up on the right hand side! I ache all over I’m sooo anxious right now

    Hang in there Rosanna, it's so tough I know. Just want to reassure you that the period you've been through since July is by far the worst period, things do get better after the first 5-6 months - don't panic if it still takes a wee bit of time but you most definitely will notice a change and the intensity will lessen, and you will get back to full health again.

    Just take it one day at a time and still thinking about you and fully believe in your recovery! I trust God with that one for you Rosanna.

      Hi Rosanna,

      I remember having neck pain from a painful reactive gland on one side, that bothered me a lot during the virus. I may have had other neck pain just tension and everything else that builds up with the virus too, it's hard to remember exactly, but key thing is I really don't want you to panic (I know it's hard) because everything will settle down and pass over - remember be kind to yourself, give your mind a rest and do something you enjoy that doesn't take up too much energy and you feel able to cope with at the moment, even if it's seeing a friend or watching a fav tv show or film or reading or whatever.

      Thanks Rosanna, I'm from Scotland, near Glasgow. I'm finding life tough at the moment too for other reasons, just asking God to help us all through the difficult times and to settle us and build us up again, in Jesus' name.

      Thinking of you today and remember you WILL get better.

      Thanks Rosanna, just having problems with back and foot pain....praying that God heals us all in Jesus' name. It was about 10-11 years ago I had glandular fever.
