Hi Chris, I was like that but I'm on medication and have gradually got my appetite back, I could only stomach bananas, toast, soup or dry plain biscuits. Also I used to drink the build up drinks with all the vitamins in from the chemist. Hope this helps.

Yeah nice suggestions really think you sick of people asking me if I lost weight I'm skinny as it is I don't need to have any more reminders. Would they ask a heavy person have you put on some pounds

I always ask this.  Have you been checked for Celiac Disease and other autoimmune issues? Anxiety is a huge symptoms for folks with CD. It was the worst for me just before I became raging sick and put in ICU when I stopped breathing.

If you don't have autoimmune issues, I recommend TSY (Trauma Sensitive Yoga) and Meditation a lot, and art!  I am not an artist but I love to slap acrylic paint on a canvas. I have no thoughts in mind, i just pick a color, and start painting.  Often it starts with a dark color, leading to more lighter brighter colors, reflective of my moods.

Maybe you could try going GF for a couple months and see how you feel but i highly recommend the CD test. It can't hurt to get it and it could potentially save your life.

All kinds of stress can make it hard to eat or for some, over eat. When I lost my husband to cancer, I lost 40 pounds, a little over 2 stone.  I was walking bones. I understand how worried you are.  I am 5'6" and got down to a bit over 7 stone.  It's a long story, but you can make it through this.  Try hard not to eat garbage food.  It never helps. It's so hard to be grown up and eat right cheesygrin when pizza, hambergers, doughnuts are so much tastier!

When I got celiacs, the nurse lectured me hard and told me I had to "grow up now and eat right. You are not a child anymore"  Ouch!  but she was right!

      Hugz to you Chris.
