Can't feel myself

I feel today like I don't feel myself. I feel my head like bit numb and feel my heart is beating but like my mind is disconnected from what around me. What is that?

Hi , if you feel like everything is new for you and you are like in a dream then no worries , it's happened to me and it's from anxiety and cold weather , stress and bee mood , just be around peoples that you feel comfortable with , that's how I solved it , good luck

it's called depersonalization. That happens when your brain tries to block out the things that cause you stress and anxiety. So you feel a little detached from reality. The more you relax your mind and body the faster it will go away. Try to stay away from things that cause you stress. Do things you enjoy, take a walk in nature, be with family and friends,  don't take life too seriously and remember to laugh a lot and smile! In other words, relax your mind.  It's not dangerous but it's no fun either. You'll be OK

I've been going through the same thing for 6 weeks now but from marijuana. I feel the same things you do but I also can't think at all. It feels like my whole brain has shut down. Its scary asf and it's making my anxiety go through the roof.

Happens to me all the time! Just keep calm and try your hardest to take your mind off of it. I hope you feel better??

I too have been feeling like this for about a week, but it's not the first time. It will pass, it's the anxiety. I wake up feeling like this all of the time, it is a very hard feeling to shake.
