Can’t figute out this pain...ENDO? Fibroids? Cysts?

For a few years now, and more recently the past 2 years (I am 35 no kids- not on BC) I have been having pain- left side pelvis only- radiating down my leg. I’d describe it as a pulling sensation- that sometimes becomes pretty unbearable. This pain persists constantly- not only around periods. Gyno wanted to rule out colon issues- colonoscopy and an external ultrasound of the area came back clear. Going back to Gyno on Aug 27th to try and get answers. Could this be really bad ENDO?! Only day one of period is bad- sex can sometimes be painful but not often. Could fibroids cause this pain?! I have them but they are pretty small as far as I am aware. Ugh- HELP! Any advice or similar symptoms and frustrations??

Thank you

I am also experiencing left side pain and pulling sensation even down into my leg sometimes all the way to the bottom of my left foot. This pain has been constant (only several days with no sensation) for 9 months. I also experence painful sex, periods, and general cramping and pain twinges outside the range of my period but the left side sensation and pain is always there. I am following up with an endo specialist in Sep. For a laparoscopy. I have been at my wits end trying to understand what this is. I am so sorry you are experiencing this too but I feel great relief hearing I am not alone. I am hopeful we will both find answers and relief.

    Best, Alison

well I know endo can spread, like up to your lungs.. I don't know if I've heard "down the leg".. Did they do a Transvaginal ultrasound? Thats the only way to tell if you have tissue growing or tumors. The radiologists will be able to see it on the ultrasound.

Yes, down the leg pain can happen w/endo. A laparoscopy is the only way to tell for sure &/or to see the full extent of the endo inside your abdomen.
