Can't get my glute muscles back

Hello,

In 2016 I had both my hips replaced age 35 due to impingement and unsuccessful debridement. It's a good while on now and both my glutes and right glute in particular are still really hollowed out/wasted. It is causing me huge problems as my gait is off, I can't sit for glute pain or stand for long because my hamstrings are getting totally overloaded. The problem has got worse since I started a new job - I thought and up/down sit/stand desk would help but it just crippling my hamstrings, calf and achilles . I seen physios and try to build things up but whatever I do just seems to aggravate the hell out of my hamstrings where they attach around the inside back of the knee. Has anyone had this chronic glute problem? I'm working from home so I can disguise the fact that I'm basically incapable of working normally. Totally depressed. To be honest, if I didn't have a lovely family I wouldn't be sat here.
