Can’t get rid of leaky gut

i have had leaky gut/ chronic fatigue for many years and I have done most everything I know to do but can’t seem to conquer it. I have eliminated gluten and dairy from my diet exclusively since Jan first of this year. I began to feel better and decided to try coconut oil as I have read such good things about it. I was able to tolerate it and actually I felt much better and thought for sure iwastarting toheal but then I had a setback by eating some food containing gluten actually 2 days in a row! It really made me sick and took some time to get over it. The problem now is that I can no longer tolerate it or most anything else that’s supposed to help the gut. Most anything I take that’s supposed to help my condition sends my nervous system into a tizzy. Even taking one vitamin D

leaves me shaking for several hours. Last night I tried one half of 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil before going to bed and I didn’t rest well at all. Lately I cannot get into the deep restorative sleep that I need. Some things I have tried both awake and upon going to bed are L glutamine, priobiotics (causes me to shake upwards of 6 hours),bone broth, turmeric (just a pinch in some veggies left me shaking for hours on end). I do not understand why I can’t tolerate hardly anything. I feel without taking something to promote healing I’ll never get better. Has anyone been in this situation and could offer some guidance?

So, I’m in a similar boat. Have to fix my digestive disorder to have a chance at everything else. Unfortunately, I’m also sensitive to almost everything...that’s why I don’t take anything. The only thing that makes sense to me in this situation is a fast, and I’m planning one. I believe most of the research shows that I can heal myself better than any outside product. I just need to give my body the chance. Happy to discuss if you decide to go that route.
