So very sorry you are in so much pain after your hysterectomy. Don't give up hope. Do you have endometriosis? Did you keep your ovaries? My Mother-in-law had endometriosis, had a hysterectomy and kept her ovaries. Her ovaries kept producing hormones which kept her in pain even after having her uterus removed. She had to go back to surgery and have her ovaries removed as well, now her pain is gone. So sorry about your Mom. Hugs and prayers that your pain subsides soon and that the doctors find some answers for you

A few days late but I'm sending you a big American-style hug, virtually. Wish I could do it in person for my heart goes out to you.
I had a total hysterectomy at 27. Though not as severe as yours, I too had lingering occasional pain which eventually faded. My procedure was done with a bikini cut and took hours as they cleaned off spots. But I had a good quarter century to enjoy the absence of periods! At the same time, no one else had a clue what I was going through except a registrar who'd had the surgery in the '40s, and another grad student who'd had cervical cancer even younger, maybe at 21. We didn't talk much, but knowing that those 2 women cared in a way that no one else could helped me a lot.
So consider yourself hugged and bathed in prayers that you have less and less pain.
