Can’t pass Gas or stool

hi i'm a 28 yr old male

have been healthy all my life until recently after i treated malaria or typhoid , i treated it twice in a span of 3 months , i started having these weird symptoms like dull pain in my lower left abdomen , no urge for bowel movement , couldn't pass gas until i spread my cheeks and force it out , acid reflux and regurgitation when i eat and indigestion

since then i did a comprehensive medical check up and was diagnosed with h.pylori bacteria infection , they put me on 3 antibiotics for two weeks

i finished the medication plan and now i also have ringing in my ears , everyone says i look slimmer but i still weigh the same

did 2 abdomino pelvic scans and all looked clean

i dont know if its anxiety but i cant sleep for more than 4 hrs

now doctors think my problem is psychological

pls does anyone have a situation like this ?
