Can't seem to get a clean catch for urine test. Will Balneol lotion help?

It is possible I'm not getting a clean catch, don't know why, for urine sample. The first test comes out clear, but the second test (the culture, I guess) came out that it was "mixed flora," and possibly not a clean catch. I was going through my husband's medicines since I was clearing out cabinets and came across Balneol lotion. Anyone know about this, and if I use it before a test, does it do away with the bacteria on the labia?
