i get off work at 430pm but 630-7pm i cant seem to stay awake. ive been on the med for only 2 months 1 on 75 extended release and i take my med in the morning.. should i possibly switch to the evening or rethink this med all together as i havnt had much relief yet on it? any suggestion would be appreciated thanks

im changing the time that take meds from first thing in the AM until lunch time and see if that helps
