Can’t self diagnose this condition, and can’t get it checked out at the moment

I have a rash on my face, that started at the corner of my mouth, and after a few days spread downward to the bottom of my chin. These spots aren't sensitive or anything, and only the ones in my beard are itchy. They keep oozing a bit through the entire day, but they never manage to fully crust up and form a scab because even gently pouring water over them will cause the scabs to fall off. I'm assuming that's normal since they're constantly getting loose just by me opening my mouth.

Anyway, the day or the day after I noticed something was off, I tried to pop an ingrown hair on my knee, which after a day or two, it started to swell up and ooze all the time until it was finally able to scab up, though the area still looks bad.

I have a few other spots on my body that abnormally oozed and scabbed up quickly, like on my arm, leg, chest, and waist.

I can't make it to get it checked out currently, and won't be able to for a bit, so I'm hoping someone on here can help me in the meantime imageimage

Agree with the other comments - this looks like impetigo.
