I'm awake. Feeling heart palpitations and it's tripping me out

  If you are worried about your heart, go to the doc and get them to check that it is ok. I had palpitations for a while and it turned out my Effexor had been laced with some other medicine. When I got a new batch of pills, the palpitations stopped. But I had a heart test just to be sure.

My Anxiety has got worse I think ( or at least hope it anxiety ). Got lots of pain in chest and pulsating aveins in arm

I just got 5htp tablets which are a natural amino acid for sleep and anxiety. I will let you know.
