Hi im a 17 year old teenager, who's very distressed at the moment. I suffer from a weird medical condition. Could you please help me out. Doctors can't seem to figure out what is wrong with me.

Okay, Hi, I live in Australia, and still go to high school. For the past year and a few months, i've been suffering from extreme chronic insomnia. At first it was just the chronic insomnia. It was so bad, that I remembered getting so little sleep that my skin and face was dehydrating very quickly, and I went from good looking to ugly within a few weeks. I had my suspicions that it was from the trauma of masturbating a lot to hardcore and violent pornography. Then for the next few months I would go back and forth between life and death as my sleep would gradually improve after abstaining for a long period of time.

But me being stupid, wasn't 100 percent sure, and continued to masturbate to increasing violent pornography and my sleep problems worsened. I just couldn't sleep after masturbating to that violent pornography. It was like my mind wouldn't want to switch off. I would go weeks with so little sleep. I wanted to die.

During the time around September and so on, I began experiencing neck and back pain, in conjunction with the chronic insomnia. I didn't know what was wrong with me. Soon the new year came the start of 2015, and I went 3 days with less than a couple hours sleep. I was going crazy. My mind was killing itself from anxiety, and my body was shutting down from the stress of insomnia. I decided I was going to acquire help from a doctor. I was waking up several times a night. It is crazy.

I visited the doctor after that severe 3 day trauma.

He gave me sleeping vitamin aids, and that seemed to help at first, but it soon lost it's effectiveness. He sent me to a psychologist, and the psychologist said that It was because of the pornography and it caused me to give me erectile dysfunction. I couldn't get erections at ALL. for a teenager this is distressing. The psychologist said I had to quit watching porn all together, and I did, and it slowly showed signs of improvement.

Sleep and Erections were coming back slowly and everyone was commenting on how I looked fresh and good again. I was taking Circadin melatonin prescribed to me by a psychiatrist during this time as well/

I went 3 months without masturbating or wet dreams what so ever and I began to get testicle pains and penis pain when getting a spontaneous erection. My sleep worsened again despite not watching porn, and again I went to the doctor for help. Got antibiotics and the pain subsided a little. It came back however, and ultrasounds showed nothing.

I let it be, and continued to suffer from this unknown condition for months, until it got to the point where it was even worse than what I suffered before. I began losing weight rapidly, and my penis went lifeless like it was drained of blood, and it began shrinking. My hair and scalp would itch and irritated all the time. I began shedding hair all over my body, like it came out easily without any pain. my skin texture changed to dark and dull and my face became thin from the rapid weight loss. My whole body is thin now. It's like my muscles and fat all disappeared.

Meanwhile, all this happened as my testicular pain continued, and they testicles would contract up very tightly against my body, and I could not sit or lay down without it hurting. I felt very cold and nauseous, like all my warmth had drained out of me. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I got a couple of blood tests done, full blood count, and everything seemed to come back normal. What is wrong?

So I began taking the antidepressant Valdoxan, and It didn't seem to help. I wasn't depressed. It has to be something else. After every masturbation session, I would feel like a zombie, and feel col and nauseous afterward. I would have extreme difficulty sleeping, and my mind can't concentrate on anything. It would take a while for my eyes to lock on to sometime, or i'll space out. I have limited masturbating severely.

Now all this is happening to me, and I can't lay or sit down without my testicles or pelvic area hurting. My testicles appear and feel to have shrunk, and hair is shedding from all over my body, I have rapid weight loss and muscle loss. Watery semen and hard flaccid penis. Insomnia and sleep maintenance insomnia. Fatigue, and spacing out constantly. I also have semen leakage, and watery semen. All this, and my doctor doesn't know what's wrong. Someone

Someone Please help me. I want to kill myself soon.

    Hi,

Have you figured out what the issue is?

Masterbating chronically leads to choristol "stress hormone" being relaeased. So if your non-stop doing this it will cause you not to sleep.

I'm not too sure in relation to the genital part. Maybe you "shot" your adrenal glands.

    Go get accupunture

    Try masturbating without watching porn.

You need to see a psychologist, you seem to have an anxiety condition, it can feel pretty bad, I know. You may be able to figure out some things and self-help to some extent.

I dont know about your situation, but having a sexual may also help.
