Can’t Sneeze?

So to preface this, i have severe anxiety and I'm not sure if this is psychological or not. So, I have pretty terrible seasonal allergies and have been suffering for about two weeks now. Last Thursday I had a sneeze come but couldnt get it out. I didnt think much of it and i then sneezed a few hours later. After that last sneeze though, I have not been anle to get a sneeze out. Ive felt like i had to multiple times and even gotten the big inhale before it just fizzles out. I completely stopped taking the anti histamine i was on after that first day so it isnt that. Should I be concerned?
