Can’t stop having debilitating anxiety

Been having consistent panic attacks almost daily for 3-4 months..I have horrendous heart anxiety and have developed horrible agoraphobia where I can’t leave the house and now can barely leave my bed.
My psychiatrist prescribed me Zoloft which I took for 10 days and it was bad. Worst anxiety I’ve ever had, tremors, losing my mind, and absolutely zero appetite. I’ve lost probably 20 pounds the last 4 months.
I have Ativan as needed but at times even that can’t stop the anxiety/thoughts but just the panic. I’m also anxious to take it with fear of addiction and how it makes me feel.
The past two weeks I have been to the ER 4 times with the last time having the worst panic attack of my life. EKGs done every time and blood work. All normal. I also had an echocardiogram done in October. I have shortness of breath everyday and feel so weak. Any time my heart rate raises I feel like I get palpitations, lightheadeness and almost panic. I basically have to lay down all the time to feel any sort of relief.
I just have this awful feeling that this is slowly killing me and I can’t get over that fear.
Please help

I try to get motivated and moving but the heart palpitations and shortness of breath scare me and I need to lay back down.
Tried to exercise yesterday and got nausea with Lightheadedness that almost put me in a panic.

Hi. You are clearly really suffering with your anxiety and panic. It will take time for the meds to work but you will feel better. At the end of the day there is no cure. The meds can help.us but we have to learn how to cope and control these feelings. It will take time. Have you thought if counselling or therapy at all??? I listened himself help guide about anxiety and it was rely helpful. I have been in meds for about 2 months now and I'm doing much better. Is there anything that makes you feel relaxed or more comfortable?? In the early days of meds make sure you have support around You and don't push yourself too much. Even though physically you are fine the anxiety is exhausting and take it's toll.in your body. Talk on here. It really helps and got me through some rough days.

My psychiatrist actually told me to stop taking the Zoloft and we are going to meet to discuss other strategies. Yes I do see a therapist also.
I just can’t seem to kick the health anxiety

Hi. I have exactly what you describe. I've had it 4 months now. I've been on citalopram for that time with no improvement.. Doc just gave me diazepam and that doesn't help either. I feel like just staying still all the time. Can't do anything. Stopped going to work and going out. It's driving me insane. As soon as my heart rate goes up I have a panic attack. I don't know what to do either. Sorry I can't help but I thought I was the only person suffering with this. I know exactly what you are going through. I'm going through it too.. X
