Can’t stop the clitoral hood itching! Please help! What is this!

I have had major itching sensations in my clitoral hood and I've been scratching and scratching.

I have been googling around and I cant seem to find anyone that looks like me?!! Please help. WHAT IS THIS?????? Its so hard to leave my house especially to go see a doctor. Im so worried.

Last time I had sex was in February and on the 25th I got results saying I was positive for chlamydia and received treatment. I have not been retested since.

Please help.

    as you can see there is definitely discoloration. rn the texture of it is kinda bumpy it doesnt look warty. its hard to explain but yeah ): please help this poor girl

    it really does look like lichens, see a doctor for diagnosis but mention lichens x

      could be lichen,could an allergic reaction to something... I dunno

      but do stop shaving the area and apply a vulvar cream or some other suitable emolient until you can see a doctor.
