Can’t take much more pls help!!

for the last year iv had 3 horrible episodes of gastritis im currently not over my third its been relentless every single day of throwing up, burning pain in my stomach and back weakness i cant even look after my kids properly. my moms been a god send. 7th july it started its now the 29th and still here! when i say its ruining my life........im only 33 pretty healthy and watch what i eat why is this not going????? i cant eat anything im honestly hoping i dont wake up some mornings. i just cant cope a day longer im no mother at the moment any tips????

    I went through the same thing. Have you had an endoscopy done? are you taking any medication?
