Can't tell if minor perineal tear/vaginal cut is healing or not...PLEASE HELP

About two months ago, I got a perineal tear/vaginal cut from having intercourse when I wasn't lubed up enough. The cut was superficial/minor enough that I didn't notice it until my partner continued to have sex for a few more times. The wound was visibly red at first, but now it's white. And it's been white for the past month, I'm wondering when it will go away???? I went to an ob-gyn and she wasn't very helpful. I know the cut is not completely healed because I feel it get irritated when I'm wiping that area after using the restroom or something. I know wet wounds work differently from regular wounds, so I would love some insight on the current state of my perineal tear. Photos attached below....

I think its a case of give it time. Youre right that wounds heal differently with that tissue type, and can take longer than expected. The translucent appearance doesnt look concerning, and all else looks in good shape so I would probably relax and just keep on eye on progress, seeking assistance if it takes a lot longer. Two months is a long time to be fair, longer than id expect, but everyone is different. It may be that the sensation in that particular area will be slightly different for good now, naturally it could all go back to exactly how it was too!

The photos are of a poor quality, but it doesn't seem to be anything serious.

A bit difficult to take photos of that area at a good angle - thank you!
