Last week having foreplay with my gf, I procured 3 friction burns. I had been putting antibiotic cream on them and they seemed to fade in 2 days. Come day 3 on Wednesday, I thought it was ok to go commando (no underwear) as i usually do. That night i noticed the an inflamed red area under my penis head and where the folds are. After some research, I thought it was an allergic reaction or a new burn as im a field engineer so a move around a lot in hot environments. My inference as of yesterday though was a yeast infest as the symptoms fit as well as an environment. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated as i just dont know any more since it hasnt even healed and that from the lifting of the skin on the side, it continues to break open getting wider. Thank you.

Hi Jaxon. Just wondering if the white on the glans is cream or smegma can you remove it?

the glans is quite inflamed and irritated looking if the white area can be removed it could be a yeast or balanitis infection or an irritation to shower gels or washing powder fabric softener you should wash it everyday with gust water at the moment. I'd also have it checked with your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. if the white area can't be removed it could be one of the lichen skin condition.

Thank you for the response. It can be removed as this is what it looks like out of the shower.

i have been washing with some Fungi Cure body wash and so far there has not been any more white stuff. However, it is still abruptly red in color.

Hi jaxon It does look very irritated keep it clean you could use some antifungal cream and see if it improves. I'd also have it checked with your doctor you could have a skin infection which would need antibiotics.

Thanks for the info! i may just have to get checked. The irritation has left and now something else has. begun. Over the last 2 days, i have noticed, dryness around the head. Now today has hit and it is full blow dryness at head around the circumcised area and the base of penis. Any Idea what it could be?

Yeah I'd get it checked it could be yeast or fungal infection you may need some stronger treatment. Have you tried a good moisturiser after you wash with just warm water.

No, I just may try that. I literally looked at my moisturizer and was thinking of starting that tomorrow. and seeing where it goes from there. I upgraded from the antifungal soap to cream and started drinking more water to see if it would help. I sweat a lot so I know that more prone for bacteria to enhance itself in moist environments.

So if anyone is following this, it has returned, except on the opposite side.

-For the first time, nothing seemed to work. I used Jock Itch body was to eliminate any chance of it being fungal. This lead to me getting cracks and breaks in my penis head and dryness all the way down to the base as I was washing with it alot.

I then used lotion to help moisturize the area after. Doctor said, no way yo tell what it was based of the pictures but could have been a burn that turning into a yeast infection and then into dry skin.

    • As of right now, this is the new wound. I masterbated (Dry) after a sauna session. I belived thats what started it. Couple of small red bumps 2 weeks ago Thursday. By Saturday, the skin was raw and the white filmy substance was back. I couldn't tell if it was skin peeling of fungus. Washed with the soap Monday last week and everything was find, it was just a burn wound, however, it started expanding instead of healing. Now its like it was before. Also, when my girl and i get it on or I get hard and i mess with/check it, the skin of my penis starts to become ashy and wants to crack. The dark part being seen, spread to underneath the penis as thats how large the area became. Its only under head btw not on the skin or shaft of the penis. Seems to take forever to heal up imageas well.
