Can't understand if it's anxiety or something else

Hi everyone, I'm new here..

Around November I've got covid and I experienced massive anxiety during this, panic attacks etc.

I'm getting married soon and things are going not too well with planning.

For week or so I'm experiencing very tight throat and burning in my chest. Burning in my ankles and lower back pain and weakness.

I'm very afraid I've got reinfected with covid 19 because symptoms are almost the same as before when I've got it for the first time. Could it be anxiety? I'm extremely stressful at this period of time.

Sure sounds like stress to me. Anxiety/stress will work its way all over your body !

can you feel it coming on or is it constant ?

theres an app called Dare (i dont pay for it i just use the free parts). His voice is very calming.

      Hello!

Thank you so much for reply.

It's more or less constant. But I don't feel anything of this at all when I wake up or have breaks during my sleep. Sometimes when Im distracted I don't feel it either or feel less than usually.

I always get this feeling of burning in my legs and all over my body and it really scares me.

you can always go to the doctor and have blood work done to rule out most things like thyroid issues but it sounds like anxiety. ive been having anxiety for a while now and it seems to calm down only when im distracted.
