i have been having these feelings in my chest, its not so much pain but a discomfort comes and last for a few seconds, it will be on the center of my chest but a little twards the left side, it will ache a little, i can feel my bowels move and then my face will get a little numbish and the left side of my lips will tingle for a while. i will then start to get nervous because of the feeling that i have in my chest, but i dont feel anxius at the moment. I did have a smoothie today that i made, with frozen strawberries, bluebarries, peaches, black charries and some yogurt. can this be acid reflux? im just to nervous when i get any sensations in my chest. : ( please help!

    Sounds like indigestion.

If you feel it is the heart, I would imagine you will visit your GP
