Can this be herpes at opening of vagina?

Has unprotected sex with a new partner on Friday last week, that went for a lot of hours then started to get a bit uncomfortable because i was pretty dry. in the am we had sex again and everything felt normal, had some minor discomfort from the dry sex session for 24 hours but otherwise I felt fine. on Sunday i had unprotected sex with someone ive been seeing for months. both disclosed they had been tested and came back negative. i checked and my panel was negative for all stds but the doctor did not run the herpes test. fast forward to the week, my use of tampon in the opening irritates the opening if my vagina, i have a sore throat, night sweats, body aches. etc. thought the sore throat would have been from the concert i went to monday night with screaming singing (no pain or problems that day). at urgent care today we ruled out strep, mono, and covid. i had no fever, no swollen lymphnodes,. it does not burn when i pee, but its certainly inflammed and a bit p****d. what is this?image

    im not really seeing a typical herpes outbreak, but it does look uncomfortable. did you get swabbed for herpes just incase? watch out for changes over the next few days
