can Tinnitus cause imbalance / dizziniess?

David, tinnitus is usually a symptom of something else. I have not heard of it causing dizziness. Tinnitus can accompany dizziness/inbalance in some inner/middle ear problems. What other symptoms do you have? Have you lost any of your hearing? Describe your dizziness...is it vertigo?

not vertigo.. just a slight off balance feeling.. other symptom would be tension in front of head / temples area / behind eyes....

yes u can get dizziness ive suffered very badly with ringing in ears for around 2 years but the insomnia i have is terrible and at time i feel very very tired which makes u dizzy and lose balance at times but if u dont suffer from insomnia as well it will be a different symptom but i do understand how hard it is and the ringing sends u crazy at times take care and take everything easy
