No I don't think so why don't you ask your parents?🤔You know you shouldn't be drinking. 😑 I doubt a glass of red wine can cause cirrhosis. My grandma has drinked all her life and she just has liver failure. smile and she still keeps drinking. sad and her face is now yellow. Alcohol or wine or drugs are bad. Please don't do it anymore you're way too young. It's not the solution to any problem it will just add more.😞

I know you probably won't listen to me but I wish you would.

    Take Care 🙌

You can get cirrhosis of liver even if you haven't drank much all your life. I had a major drink problem but thankfully your liver can rejuvenate,. Sounds in your case drink just didn't agree with you, It won't be cirrhosis with one drink, if you have a drink again and same happens tell your doctor, but definitely don't think anything that bad, perhaps one of many things your gp will know better??

Did you know alcohol can cause a bad reaction. It's the histamine beer and wine have. You may be intolerant to it. Check that out.

No if you are going to get cirrhosis caused by alcohol, it takes years of being an alcoholic. I've done many studies on this and alcohol abuse. WHEN YOU ARE OF AGE, a glass of red wine or two a day is actually food for you. It is full of antioxidants, and has other benefits like may reduce chances of heart disease and prevent blood clots. Other alcohol is not bad for you if you don't drink it excessively (like I said when you are of the drinking age of course). But please do. Not worry. Your going to be fine!

Please be reasured one glass of wine will not give you cirrhosis. Studies change all the time. Having had first hand experience of alcoholism and liver damage I think you have just got this in your head, the link between alcohol and cirrhosis and anxiety has made you overthink. My gran died of cirrhosis. Like I said before if you drink in the future and have pain afterwards every time you then consult your doctor. One glass will not cause cirrhosis but you may have some kind of intolerance if it happens again. Have seen many specialists so have quite a good insight , hope you are reasured❤️
