can UTI cause lymph nodes to swell ? i feel pain and a couple of swollen lymph nodes plus symptoms of uti

      cervical behind the ear

      and pain in the groin only pain without swelling

      The swelling in your groin probably is and that should clear with antibiotics. Not sure about behind your ear unless you've got a virus or infection in your ears or throat. Again an antibiotic should clear it up. I do remember one nasty UTI I had a few years ago and my lymph glands were swollen.
