hello! so i believe that ive had some slight VP for a while now, but my boyfriend and i had some pretty rough intercourse last night and i was sore and i saw that it seems more prominent now? idk if i should be worried about it or if everything looks all good.

There is no need to worry, VP is not pathologic, which means It can not "get worst". It is normal for the vulvar tissue to become slightly inflamed due to friction.
