can we be ANA positive and still not have any auto immune disease?

Hi ,

I went to doctor after having body ache , joint pain etc(though there's no swelling any where, no dry mouth , dry eyes , no skin rashes). ANA came out positive. ESR was also high (50 mm/hr). RA factor, Anti ccp and Anti ds dna came out negative and Rheumatid arthritis and lupus were ruled out. could you please tell what else it could be ? after having all those tests, doctor prescribed prednisolone 40 mg for 10 days. I am really scared of such immuno suppressant drugs. is there any alternative . as my ANA is positive, I am sure that I am suffering from one or the other auto immune diseases. so I am thinking of taking supplements like curcumin , boswellia serrata, vitamin d3 along with vitamin k2, digestive enzymes and serrapeptase. would these be helpful for me ?
