Can Yeast infection cause this ???? Please help

so a couple weeks ago I had a yeast infection due to an antibiotic I took for BV. ever since I had unprotected sex in march, i've literarlly been examining my vag everyday. during my yeast infection, I noticed little cut like marks in the File size is too big moist part of my vag. After applying a yeast infection topical, the cuts turned bumpy, but went away within the same day. It's probably nothing serious, but since my doctors never tested me for HSV, i've just been stressed out, I got multiple vagina examinations, but it was at times where there was nothing interesting down there. I just need some opinions on this.
