Can you figure me out?

Symptoms started in December and have gotten progressively worse:

Fatigue, lethargy, night sweats, flank pain, nocturia, yellow urine, sometimes smelly urine, restless feet (in day), weight loss, abdominal pain, tremors, pitting nails, muscle atrophy, muscle twitching, muscle cramps, crispy hair, low libido, no appeptite, nausea, dry skin, mental changes, and visual disturbances.... doctors can't find anything wrong. I keep going back for kidneys, but my BUN is 10-11 and my CCR is normal too... Lyme or some kidney infection? All my symptoms sound like uremia! Don't know where to turn, I know this isn't all from anxiety like the doctors think.

Labs:

Renal Ultrasounds - normal size/shape

Metabolic Panel - Normal, sometimes slightly elevated blood sugar

CBC - normal, low MCV

VIT. D - low

Abdominal CT - normal

Xrays - normal

Urinalysis - sometimes normal, sometimes micro RBC, sometimes mucus

Rheumatology - Normal

Blood Pressure - Normal

Temp: 97.8 - 98.1

The urine problem may be due to dehydration, you are not drinking enough water, is this possible? You say low vitamin D, do you know how low, this can cause fatigue and muscle aches and general yuck feeling. What us your diet like? Do you drink alcohol?

Sorry for the delay getting back but I've had lots of things on my plate. Can you have a private chat at some point. I might be able to point you in the right direction regarding your symptoms. Best regards and hope to hear from you soon. Peter.

    Hi wikrdude

Have you had your thyroid checked ?, this could answer some of your ailments.

As the vitamin D defiency had any effect on your bones yet as this can happen ?.

As anyone indicated that you might be slightly diabectic ?

    Best regards

    Kev

Hi I believe you have a urinary tract infection...you have all the symptoms of a UTI. You need an antibiotic and as mentioned...drink lots and lots of fluids...water and cranberry juice if you can.  Urinary Tract infections cause all of these horrible symptoms. Another one is burning sensation while peeing.

Women typcially get UTIs....but MEN can also have them.

I do not know your diet but clearly its not good for you. You are having defiency symptoms and im wondering if they checked you b12 levels and magnesium levels. Both are blood tests. You actually sound dehydrated as well which would cause a host of systems.you need to drink half your body weight in onces of liquid a day. Add one avacodo and bananas to your diet three times a week its very healthy for you and your symptoms. Not sodas, caffiene drinks or sugary drinks. Get a probiotic and a powder or liquid vitamin suppliment as well. I dont know if you exercise but half an hour walk a day is a good start. Get things moving in your body. Try a well balanced alkaline diet of your choice. The web is filled with them. You cant dismiss your diet because it is all your body has to work with so it needs to be fed well and balanced. If you are too nasaous to eat get a nutritional shake they sell them everywhere in a case or a six pack and sip on them. That will provide you with some energy at least. Then as you get more energy start the healthy way of eating and moving about. Then after you do all that for yourself see if you can find a meditation of anything you find appealing and use it. Its honestly sounds like dehydration, very poor diet with deficecies and barley any exercise that has taken a tole on you. Thats the best advice i can offer and hope it helps you. Good luck and hope you feel bette soon.

Wlkrdude,   I have had stomach/abdominal experiences recently where it doesnt hurt me but is more of a distraction where it feels like what another person "Holly" through another forum section quoted as being like "  I'm carrying a block of lead inside my abdomen ",  of which is kind of similar to how I've felt before.

As a CF sufferer,  I recently had to go for a CT scan with contrast,  results pending, but I think the symptoms and feelings are just part and parcel of CF itself coupled with other general tolerances and pressures of life.  Stress/depression and anxiety all could contribute strongly on a person, I know that I bring my persona and well-being down by worry and stress, but its sometimes unavoidable in people to cut this out of your daily routine, people are people I guess.
