Can you go swimming with Henoch-schonlein purpura ?

My daughter has hsp the rash and swelling have started clearing and she really wants to go swimming. Does anyone have any advice ??

    Yes , you can .... i have been doing it during my hsp episode. 

    Actually its better for the joints and in general exercise.

    The cool water can be soothing but I find it can irritate my skin afterwards if the rash is active so I rinse off salt water or chlorine. If she's worried about her appearance I have used makeup on my legs for events and it works quite well to cover the spots but usually I don't worry about it
