Can you have both together? What's the difference?

hi guys, can anyone help please? i have a series of confusing symptoms and don't know what to do? my symptoms are: burning sensation in stomach, trapped acid ,(i think), looser than normal stools (bur not diarrhoea), lack of appetite, pain that is temporarily eased by gaviscon, EXTREME stress, smelly wind. i have i think a gastritis flare-up, but don"t if i also have an ibs type flare up on top. i am fed of the pain. i have deep issues with. pain medications (i am allergic to most). does this sound like gastritis with ibs to you or gastroenteritis? please help! oh i am due to go on holiday on monday.
