Can you have Chiropractors on spondylitis?

hey ! it depends on the chiropractor I have gone to a great one that understands ankylosing spondylitis and I get great relief from it but I would definitely make sure that this chiropractor understands your disease

i went 5 years ago and he wouldnt touch my lower back as i showed him my xray
so now my sister sits on my and pop my back the bottom refuses to pop but the top bit does
but my back kills i always feel it meeds popping

If you do your research and the chiropracter is fully trained and competent and it is safe to manipulate your spine then there should be no problem, although i personally would see a physio who specialises in the spine instead. However, without knowing your full history, seeing xrays etc then it wouldn't really be safe for me or anyone else to recommend manipulating the spine. Don't forget, your spine encases and protects your spinal cord - one false move and you could be left with an irreversible spinal cord injury, or worse. I'd get fully assessed and make sure spinal manipulations are safe for you first.
