Can you help me please ? I couldn’t sleep for weeks due to that , is it herpes or not ?

About a month ago I started to notice that I have white spot in my both lips and during that time I felt weak , itchy all over my body , weak and tiredness for simple thing I did , and little pain when I pee , so I went to do a medical check and it cakes non reactive for herpes and positive for chlamydia so they gave me medicine for chlamydia and after two weeks and still having pain when I pee , so I went again to see doctor and he suspected it’s herpes due to the white spots in my lips that never blast or made an ulcer , just keep coming and going and during that time something like pimples start to appear in my shaft and also just disspear without being blast and was thinking it might be hsv 2 ? Is it or not ? imageimage

    For the first one I have something very similar, people have said they are fordyce spots but im no medical professional.
