I feel as though none of mine are helping either. They were at first but it seems like they've stopped.

Ok so I need to purchase more B vitamins then??  How much of the B12 vitamin should I take?

As for the weight gain I'm really confused why I'm putting it on now.  When I first went on HRT I lost over a stone without trying!!  Maintained my weight up until now when it's gradually creeping back on.  Damn hormones!!

      Forgot to say

B6 my doc actually prescribed me B6 ten years ago for peri...

long story.. Back then he didnt explain how much they would help and i didnt bother with them, but now after realising and suffering some anxiety a year ago, i started B6 again properly never miss and they have helped me no end

It cured my anxiety very quickly ..

any vits or supplements need time to kick in and must be taken daily with out fail and need some patience ...

Thanks Jay, so if I increase my B vits do you think that will improve my low mood?  May try the B vits first rather than the St John's Wort.

Don't know what us women would do without your help and advice....thanks again xx
