My test result from pancreatic elastase test is 164 in the moderate range. Also can that be cured or no cure? I still have my gallbladder too.
I got diagnosed with epi this year after I gained weight.

You cannot be "cured", but you can count yourself lucky that your pancreas is still functioning well. You still have to keep an eye on it.
